The first thing you should know when using your new CD is that self-hypnosis is a state of mind that can be defined specific type of focus (Mind Power). For self hypnosis cd’s to work you need to have a willingness to follow your new thoughts to maintain the control you desire.

Before you begin your self hypnosis session make sure you find a quiet room and either sit or lay in a comfortable position that will allow you to let your mind and body relax. Try to ensure that you will not be disturbed for about 45 minutes while you are listening to your CD, this means turning off your mobile phone and any other distractions your may have. Make sure you are comfortable and your surrounding will allow you to achieve a state of total relaxation before starting your self hypnosis session.

During your hypnosis session you will be fully aware of your surroundings and all that is happening around you, but you will focus in on the subject of the session, your focus will be very narrow. If you have started your session in a state of tiredness, the self hypnosis CDs can cause you to fall asleep. Do not worry, your subconscious mind will still be listening to the content of the CD so you will still hear all that is being spoken to you throughout your session.

Self hypnosis itself is used to create a state of mind that is so receptive to the suggestive processes that it will render the results you desired. It is defiantly not magic and should not be confused with what can sometimes be seen on stage and television.

Your session will last for around 35-45 minutes in which time your brain will be retrained to follow the techniques the CD is teaching you. This process will not work over night and will take you a month before you start seeing the results. Once you have completed the course though you will see great improvements.

When you have finished your self hypnosis session, give yourself time to relax before opening your eyes, enjoy the state of well being, stay still a little longer to absorb the session fully and take the maximum amount of benefit from it.

Remember it is important to repeat the self-hypnosis sessions to reinforce the message your mind is receiving. You will need to listen to the CD five times a week in the first month to train your brain appropriately. After completing your intensive first month you will need to have top up sessions periodically to keep your mind trained to it’s new state.
