Ordering Online – Payment Security
Payment by credit card using the PayPal payment gateway, confirmation is usually within minutes of the order being placed. For payment by cheque (UK only), the cheque will need to be cleared through the normal banking system which can take up to 5 working days and must be sent by Registered Post.
Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, we will advise by e-mail of the Order Status and Departure Date. Orders will be despatched using First Class Post by 17:00 the day following payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to UK addresses and up to 20 days to Europe and longer for the rest of the world.

Our Terms & Conditions of Business do not affect your statutory rights under English Law.
If the Customer is not a UK resident, your home country or place of residence may impose an import tax or duty on purchases from the UK. In such an event, the payment of all import tax or duty levied is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Privacy Policy
If a customer places an order with Magna Internet Publishers, their personal information shall only be used to process the customer's order and to contact the customer regarding the order's progressing or liaise with the customer in the event that there are any problems.
As our credit card payment partner is PayPal, Magna Internet Publishers, never has access to the Customer's confidential credit card details as this is dealt with exclusively by PayPal on their highly secure servers.
The customer's personal information and contact details will never be passed or shared with any other person, business or entity under any circumstances. As soon as your order has been completed, the Cookie within PayPal is destroyed. If the customer selects some products but does not complete the checkout procedure, the Cookie containing product data will become inactive within 3 hours of the customer leaving Magna Internet Publishers website.
Returns Policy
Should a customer wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched we will require an e-mail to advise us at sales@hypnosismindpower.com. Magna Internet Publishers offer a Thirty Day Money Back Guarantee (30 Days) from the date of receipt of goods. This is conditional upon you emailing the Company that you wish to return the products, this email must include your invoice number and the delivery arrival date.
That information will allow us to provide you with a delivery address and restocking reference code. The restocking code number MUST clearly appear on the OUTSIDE of the returning parcel or it cannot be accepted by our goods inward service and could be returned to sender. Items returning must be properly packaged as any damage will nullify our guarantee policy. A refund can only be made after the goods are examined and found undamaged. Then we will arrange for a refund to be made. We DO NOT refund customers return postage costs.

Under no circumstance will Magna Internet Publishers be liable to you or any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise and resulting from any use of this site or any other linked website including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise.
